  • The Role

    In your role as Recruiter (Commercial), you will partner with your hiring managers and enable the hiring of the best talent for our commercial and G&A teams. Our growth financing round of $50 million (€45 million) from February 2022 is helping us to scale our platform and add new data-based automation features for our rapidly growing customer base.

    What you'll do:

    • Own and drive end-to-end recruiting process for open roles 
    • Execute the talent acquisition strategy and deliver hiring results with 
    • Define and identify the best channels to reach candidates by creating tailored content material (blogs, LinkedIn posts), organizing meetups and events
    • Strive for outstanding candidate experience and hold your hiring teams to the same high standard
    • Work closely with Head of Recruiting (and your hiring managers) on designing, improving, and implementing world-class recruiting and employer branding practices & processes
    • Be an active partner with other members of the People & Culture Team

    What you'll bring:

    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience hiring for sales roles in Germany, either in-house or at an agency
    • Strong experience in active sourcing and attracting talents through various channels and platforms
    • Ability to build trust with your stakeholders and communicate proactively and clearly, regardless of the audience
    • Experience with employer branding activities would be a big plus
    • Fluency in English & German
