9. Posting a Job

arbeitnow shall publish the job postings submitted by the customer upon successful completion of payment within three business days. arbeitnow reserves the right to modify, fix or optimize job postings at its discretion.

arbeitnow does not offer options to apply directly through the website. Customer may provide either a URL or an email address to receive applications from job candidates.

After publishing a job posting, the customer may reach out to [email protected] in case of any modifications. Modifying the Job Title may be considered as a new Job Posting. Any modifications are at the discretion of arbeitnow.

arbeitnow has the discretion on the placement of the job listing

arbeitnow may remove the job listing when it has expired or in 30 days or at the request of the customer via email

arbeitnow uses Stripe Payments Europe, Limited as the payment provider registered at The One Building, Lower Grand Canal St, Dublin 2, Irland, Eintragungsnummer 513174. Read their legal policy.

10. Refunds

Please contact our support via email in case of refunds within a week of publishing a job post.

11. API

The API is provided by us on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, and we expressly disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You acknowledge that we do not warrant that the APIs will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You also agree to providing a link back to Arbeitnow.com on your platform. We may revoke the permission to use API at any time.

12. Affiliates

arbeitnow contains Affiliate links that generate revenue when you purchase something. Affiliate links are always disclosed on the pages where they are used and will not cost the user anything.

If you face any issues with your products through the affiliate program, arbeitnow is not responsible. You must contact the company directly to solve issues.
