  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH market at Solvemate, you will be the beating heart of our sales team; SDRs are the first point of contact for our future customers. Your work enables revenue generation for the entire company. Your quality outreach enables companies to provide 24/7 instant service, and solves a big pain point for end-consumers today: endlessly waiting on the phone or via email for a reply. The market for chatbots is still growing. Be part of paving the path and join us on our mission to enable meaningful conversations in customer service.

    • Research and ensure that you fully understand the profiles of the companies you want to get in touch with so you can really add value to the conversation
    • Reach out to prospects for the first time though email, phone, LinkedIn, or other creative channels
    • Ask the right questions and find out in 15-30 minutes whether Solvemate can really help the company in its current situation, and then follow-up via phone and email
    • Enter the correct data into our system and manage your tasks on Hubspot
    • Drive targeted campaigns with the marketing team to further develop our customer base in strategic verticals
    • Become a specialist in SaaS solutions sales
    • You can identify with our company culture
    • Native level German and excellent English
    • 1+ years experience in a Sales or Business Development role
    • You are a natural communicator - you articulate your ideas concisely and clearly via phone and email
    • You must be organised - planning your tasks and scheduling your days/weeks should be second nature to you
    • Hard working, precise and persistent, as well as having a "go-getter" mentality
    • You possess a curious mind and love learning
    • You are passionate about startups and technology
    • And most importantly, the right mindset:
      • Grit - Sales has high highs and low lows; you might have a week where you don't see results, and you need to be able to push through that
      • Love learning - In addition to being open to feedback, you have a relentless drive to self-direct your learning
